Title: Data Center Facility Manager (Cikarang) The Data Center Facility Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of our newest data center in Cikarang, leading a pro-active approach to maintenance and procedures, managing delivery of the services level committed to ECX Clients. This role reports to our Campus Manager and Regional Director, Data Center Operations for all of APAC. The Data Center Facility Manager should be an experienced manager with extensive data center facilities maintenance, vendor management, technical engineering, and interpersonal skills. Technical, commercial, and managerial skills will be prime requirements.  The Data Center Facility Manager will have an intimate understanding of the customer service requirements and expectations; and the MEP infrastructure on the Data Centers of EdgeConneX. This position will be based in Cikarang and require onsite support 5 days per week.   Primary Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the M&E Services (e.g power, cooling, space, and asset inventory) within the Data Center in a 24/7 mission critical environment. Provide leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring the performance of the team and delivery of EdgeConneX's Service Level Agreement. Oversee day-to-day operations and manage a team of engineers, including outsourced contractors; and to be on standby with 24/7 on-call emergency response and availability. Maintain M&E Services infrastructure and coordinate with vendors. Manage and plan for MEP preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Handle client inquiries and requests. Work closely with project development teams during DC design and development phases for new data centers, ensuring all operational requirements are defined and implemented correctly during constructions. Participate in all testing and commissioning of systems, and support Regional leadership to plan and manage the transition from construction to stable operations of the DC. Recruit qualified engineers/technicians and manage their performance, morale, and training. Ensure company and data center operations process and procedures are followed and meet internal/external audit standards. Schedule and supervise the performance of routine maintenance and emergency repairs on all building services and M&E data center equipment. Implement company occupational health and safety program on site, ensuring strict compliance by employees and contractors. Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions to operate existing systems efficiently, including their lifecycle cost, with conclusions and suitable approaches to problems.
