Position Summary The Data Business Partner (DBP) acts as a strategic bridge between business teams and data/AI capabilities, helping identify, prioritize, and deliver AI, analytics, and automation solutions that create measurable business impact. This role works closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to transform business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI, analytics, and automation opportunities. Translate business needs into structured use cases, workflows, and actionable solution requirements. Drive end-to-end delivery of data and AI initiatives from ideation through adoption. Manage and prioritize delivery backlog in collaboration with product and technical teams. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. Define and track business KPIs to measure solution impact and adoption. Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, Governance, and IT teams to ensure solution feasibility and data readiness. Document business workflows, user journeys, and process improvements to support scalable transformation. Support continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and usage insights. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Business Partner / Analytics Translator Product Owner (Data/AI) Digital Strategy or Consulting AI, Analytics, or Automation Delivery Strong understanding of business processes, data analytics, AI/ML, and automation concepts. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technical teams. Experience defining business requirements, user stories, and KPIs. Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and data platforms is preferred. Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, HR, finance, or customer domains. Familiarity with AI/GenAI use cases and digital transformation initiatives. Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Benefits Why Join Us?
