Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, business-savvy Data Analyst who can operate across the full analytics and data governance lifecycle. This role expands beyond traditional analytics delivery by contributing to areas such as data stewardship, data governance, data quality, metadata, and lineage. What You’ll Do 1. Data Analysis, Requirements and Stewardship Understand business objectives and translate them into clear data and analytics requirements across domains such as Risk, Finance, and Operations. Validate business logic, metric definitions, and calculation rules with domain experts to ensure consistency and correctness. Contribute to data stewardship activities by reviewing business definitions, surfacing data issues, andnhelping ensure data is interpreted consistently across teams. 2. Business Insight and Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Business Owners, Business Analysts, and functional teams to deliver timely insights that support decision-making and business prioritization. Work closely with Data Analysis Managers to align analytics outputs with user needs, product goals, and broader organizational initiatives. Support ad-hoc analysis and exploratory assessment for business initiatives that require fast, contextualized interpretation of data. 3. Data Quality, Governance and Responsible Data Practices Establish data quality rules, thresholds, and business validation logic for key data elements. Maintain accurate metadata, business definitions, and reporting documentation to support transparency and governance. Ensure analytics outputs adhere to PDPA, consent rules, and internal governance and protection standards. 4. Business Enablement Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and curated datasets that support scalable, trusted, and business-aligned analytics. Build and enhance semantic layers or shared datasets that reflect agreed business definitions and enterprise data models. Collaborate with Data Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure analytics products follow common modeling, metadata, and naming standards. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in data analysis, BI development, or reporting roles, ideally with exposure to cross-functional business domains and proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure Data Services, Databricks, or equivalent environments. Solid understanding of data modeling, visualization best practices, and business logic or metric validation. Ability to communicate insights and data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Working knowledge of data governance fundamentals, including data classification, access control, consent-aware reporting, and responsible data usage. Proficient in Thai and English at intermediate level or above, sufficient for technical discussions, meetings, and written documentation Preferred: Experience in banking, fintech, or other regulated industries. Exposure to metadata and governance tools such as Unity Catalog, Azure Purview, or Power BI service administration. Understanding of privacy-by-design principles and regulatory expectations in analytics
