Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analysis & Reliability Engineer to support the development, characterization, qualification, and optimization of next-generation III-V semiconductor photonic devices and optoelectronic components. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating device performance, conducting reliability assessments, analyzing complex test data, and identifying opportunities to improve device design, process robustness, and product quality. Working closely with design, process, test, and manufacturing teams, the role combines device characterization, reliability engineering, failure analysis, and data-driven problem solving to support both technology development and product qualification activities Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute device performance analysis and reliability qualification plans for III-V semiconductor photonic devices and optoelectronic components. Analyze electrical, optical, thermal, and reliability test data to evaluate device performance, identify trends and anomalies, assess reliability risks, and support product development activities.
