This role is responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across D365 F&O and integrated systems such as Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps. The D365 Technical Analyst will manage user access, perform system configuration updates, support reporting activities, and ensure all processes adhere to established SOX compliance requirements. Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Application & End User Support Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), assisting end users with application issues, questions, and requests Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to D365 F&O and integrated systems in a timely manner Communicate clearly with end users to understand issues, provide status updates, and explain resolutions in non-technical terms Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior analysts, developers, or vendors as appropriate System Operations & Maintenance Support daily operational activities within D365 F&O, including monitoring system processes, batch jobs, and integrations Assist with user account management, security roles, and access requests in accordance with internal controls Perform basic system configuration changes, master data maintenance, reporting, and support under estab
