Job Description: Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) Build and maintain custom controls using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs, Azure services, and middleware Work with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Optimize performance and ensure solution scalability Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices Provide technical documentation and support production environments Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development Strong experience in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Proficiency in: JavaScript / TypeScript C# and .NET Framework HTML / CSS REST APIs & OData Experience with: Plugins and custom workflow development Azure Functions / Azure Logic Apps (preferred) Dataverse architecture Power Platform solutions Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and solution deployment Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Experience in enterprise-level CRM implementations Knowledge of SharePoint integration Experience with automated appointment booking systems Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodology
