Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Engineer to join our growing security team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about cybersecurity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to explore and grow in various domains including Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Penetration Testing, and Security Operations Center (SOC) activities.   Key Responsibilities:  Depending on the track assigned, responsibilities may include:   GRC Track: Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures. Support risk assessments and compliance audits (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ECC). Help track remediation efforts and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.   Penetration Testing Track: Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of networks, applications, and systems. Document findings and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Stay updated with the latest exploits, tools, and techniques.   SOC Track: Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools. Assist in incident response and investigation. Perform log analysis and threat hunting under supervision. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks. Familiarity with networking, operating systems, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.     Preferred Skills: Internships or academic projects in cybersecurity. Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent. Exposure to tools like Wireshark, Nessus, Burp Suite, or Splunk.
