Description

We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as  Customs Intern . This role will be for 6 months time frame and you will be responsible to support the Logistics and Customs team in operational activities and administration, with the opportunity to learn about international processes and customs regulations.         Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Assist in preparing and checking customs documents for intrastat (commercial invoices, AWB/BL, customs declarations, certificates, licenses). Support the processing of declarations in internal systems , under supervision. Collaborate with customs agents, carriers, and suppliers to resolve documentation discrepancies and compliance requirements. Participate in monitoring timelines for the release of goods and in managing shipment status. Collect and archive relevant documents, ensuring records are correctly maintained and easily accessible. Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve customs and logistics processes. Comply with applicable quality, health, and safety policies in day-to-day activities.      If you have/are: Undergraduate or completed higher education in progress or completed studies in logistics, international trade, business administration, law, or related fields. Strong interest in customs procedures and international trade. Good knowledge of English at an intermediate level (B1+). Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in managing documents. Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems or electronic customs platforms is an advantage.
