Purpose of the Position We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Customs Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of customs-related information into internal and external systems, supporting customs declaration processes and ensuring data integrity. You will work closely with customs declarants, operational teams, and other internal stakeholders to help ensure that customs documentation is processed efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements. Main Responsibilities Accurately enter customs declaration data into internal and external customs systems Verify information received from customers and internal stakeholders for completeness and accuracy Process customs documentation in accordance with established procedures and deadlines Maintain and update records relating to customs declarations and shipments Review documentation and identify missing or inconsistent information Liaise with customs declarants and operational teams to resolve data discrepancies Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Support the preparation and organization of customs-related documentation Monitor workflows and escalate issues that could impact service delivery Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities What to Expect Office-based role Shift-based work schedule, including morning, afternoon, and/or night shifts depending on operational requirements Full-time position in a dynamic international environment Structured onboarding and training provided Opportunity to work with experienced customs and logistics professionals Fast-paced operational setting with daily deadlines and performance targets Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and knowledge sharing Requirements Secondary education or higher; education in logistics, international trade, administration, or a related field is an advantage Previous experience in data entry, customs,
