The ideal candidate has substantial experience in customer support, combined with expertise in trading financial markets, possesses excellent proficiency in both English and Czech, and is eager to join a meaningful and ambitious project.   WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? - You will play a key role in our team, working full-time to ensure the smooth operation of our client support services. - Providing professional support to our clients (problem-solving, answering queries, including phone calls). No cold calls involved. - Working with internal applications.   WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? - Excellent command of both English and Czech. - Experience with CFD trading, including MT4/5, TradingView, or similar tools. - A strong understanding of how proprietary trading firms operate. - Previous experience in customer support is required. - A highly motivated and results-driven mindset. - Strong organisational skills, particularly in time management.
