The Customer Success Associate plays a key role in supporting Tendo's Marketplace providers by delivering operational assistance, maintaining provider listings, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. This role serves as a trusted resource for providers, helping them navigate Marketplace tools and processes while partnering closely with Sales and the Support team to drive customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to build strong relationships while supporting customers in achieving their business goals through effective use of Tendo's products and services. The role also assists with resolving escalated customer issues and identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and Marketplace performance.
