David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Larnaca, Cyprus .   Position: Customer Service Representative (Swedish) Location: Larnaca, Cyprus   Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Competitive salary package   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide high-quality customer support to users via phone, email and live chat Assist customers with account-related, technical and platform-related inquiries Support users with password resets, payments and general account management queries Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Meet defined quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and attendance targets. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent Swedish speaker (minimum C1) Fluent English Completed secondary education Previous customer service experience is an advantage Good computer and technology skills Strong communication and customer interaction skills Good problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented approach Clean criminal record Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus.
