Customer Service Representative (Retail) – Night Shift Location: Jollibee Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you will: Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels (phone, chat, and email) Handle inquiries related to orders, products, and services with professionalism and care Process customer orders efficiently via phone, email, and chat Drive first-call resolution and ensure a seamless customer experience Recommend relevant or promotional products to support sales growth Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy Resolve concerns effectively by identifying customer needs and offering the best solutions What We’re Looking For Must-Have Requirements Retail experience (non-negotiable) At least 3 years of customer service experience (chat, email, and/or phone) Willingness to work night shift (with night differential pay) Ability to work onsite in Ortigas (first 6 months) , then hybrid (1 WFH day/week after regularization) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Stable work history with good tenure Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in both sales and service roles Proven ability to sell or upsell over the phone or chat Experience handling multiple channels simultaneously (chat, email, phone) Familiarity with Click-to-Chat platforms Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Fast and accurate typing skills Why Join Us?
