Located in the heart of Brickell, our vision is to make the customer experience seamless through our marketplace of trusted couriers.  The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience on every call. Through direct outbound outreach, you will assist customers with their applications, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. This is a high-volume, customer-centric position with around 200 calls per day. Success means upholding the highest standard of service on every interaction
