As a Customer Care Assistant, you will: Be the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone Provide clear information about appointments, treatment plans, and financial options Manage scheduling and patient records with accuracy and efficiency Support the clinical team through effective communication and coordination Handle patient queries with empathy, resilience, and professionalism Participate in ongoing training and development to grow within the group We welcome both experienced professionals and motivated individuals new to the field who are eager to learn and build a long-term career. What we look for: Excellent customer service experience in a client-facing role Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting Calm, solution-focused approach to challenges Competence with IT systems and Microsoft Office GCSEs (minimum grade C in English and Maths) Full UK driving licence with flexibility to support other practice locations Additional strengths we value include healthcare or dental experience, knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality practices, Welsh language skills, and a genuine interest in patient care.
