About Foursquare Foursquare is the leading independent location technology and data cloud platform, helping businesses connect the digital and physical worlds with precision and purpose. Our products power everything from market analytics to targeted experiences, relied on by some of the world’s most iconic brands. But what makes Foursquare truly special is how we work. We're a team of builders, problem-solvers, and collaborators who care deeply about impact – both in the products we ship and the way we show up for each other. If you're excited by cutting-edge tech and a culture that values both autonomy and teamwork, you’ll thrive here. About the Position Foursquare is looking for a Customer Analytics Lead to join our team in our New York office on a hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office. This role is ideal for someone with early analytics experience who is eager to deepen their measurement expertise, strengthen their reporting skills and help build scalable analytics processes. What You’ll Need - 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields, preferably within digital media, SaaS, technology, ad tech, or martech environments. - Strong SQL skills and comfort working with datasets, as well as proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets. - Experience creating clear tables, charts, summaries, and reporting outputs. - Foundational understanding of marketing analytics, campaign reporting, attribution, lift studies, incrementality, or media measurement. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. - Experience with BI tools, dash-boarding platforms, Python, PySpark, or automation tools is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field preferred. - Your own unique talents. If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we encourage and welcome you to still apply.
