Responsibilities Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all CSA aspects of the project from design through to completion. Manage, track, and develop plans for project budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and overall performance. Direct the setup and implementation of CSA activities, ensuring that best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems are established from the outset. Coordinate closely with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and programme. Oversee ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining clear communication on progress, cost, and delivery milestones. Proactively monitor Health & Safety compliance, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all statutory and company requirements. Drive and monitor quality performance, ensuring that project standards and client expectations are consistently achieved and exceeded. Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams, ensuring alignment of CSA works with project interfaces and overall programme requirements. Requirements Degree in a relevant Construction, Civil, Structural, or Engineering discipline. Proven experience in a CSA leadership role on large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects within a contracting environment. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination of CSA works in high-technology environments.
