ABOUT US QuantWare is building the world’s most powerful quantum processors to solve humanity's greatest challenges. We do this with our unique VIO™ technology, the only QPU architecture that breaks the hardware barriers that have held quantum computing back, unlocking the path to MegaQubit quantum processors. Must practice attention to detail to ensure schedule integrity and accuracy. - Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on project status, progress against milestones, and potential risks/slippage to stakeholders at all levels. - Risk and Dependency Management: Proactively identify scheduling dependencies and potential risks that could impact delivery timelines and collaborate with teams to develop mitigation strategies. - Process Improvement: Continuously assess planning and scheduling processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and forecast accuracy across the organization. Your Profile - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of professional experience in project planning, scheduling, or project management in a cross-functional environment, preferably in a hardware development environment. - Proven proficiency with Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex schedules with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. - Strong understanding of how to plan and manage projects within technical (R&D/Product) and operational contexts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams. - Experience with planning tools such as Jira, BigPicture, Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent scheduling software. - Experience operating within a rapidly scaling technology company. - Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification.
