What the Role Is Expected to Be About As a CRM Campaign Manager, you would play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across different channels, with a strong focus on customer engagement and lifecycle communication. While final responsibilities will be confirmed once the role is live, the position is expected to include: Planning and executing CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, or in-app messaging Managing campaign calendars and coordinating launches end-to-end Segmenting audiences and personalizing communications based on customer data Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to optimize future campaigns Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams
