Salary £40536 + £8190 Shift Pay We are looking for a Crew Controller to support the safe and efficient delivery of our flying programme. You will play a critical role in monitoring and maintaining crew rosters, making real-time decisions, and ensuring operations remain compliant and resilient in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Taking ownership of both civilian and military crew scheduling within a defined operational window, you will ensure all crewing activity aligns with regulatory requirements while responding to disruptions, delays, and operational challenges. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to keep the operation running smoothly and effectively. Why AirTanker?
