Key Responsibilities Proactively chase overdue invoices and outstanding balances via telephone and email Allocate and reconcile cash receipts against customer accounts accurately Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with customers in arrears Produce and distribute weekly aged debt reports to senior management Monitor credit limits and recommend credit holds where appropriate Build positive relationships with customers while maintaining firm credit control Requirements 2+ years of credit control or accounts receivable experience Confident and persistent negotiator with excellent communication skills Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for reconciliations Results-focused with a track record of reducing debtor days Ability to work independently and manage a large ledger from home What We Offer R27,000/month 100% remote, UK business hours Career growth and professional development Exposure to leading UK businesses and practices Remote Recruitment – connecting top South African talent with UK employers.
