Your Impact As a Creative Strategist , you won't just support sales—you will be a driving force behind our regional commercial success. You’ll architect bespoke campaign strategies that solve complex client KPIs, elevate strategic agency partnerships, and directly grow revenue across the region.
In this role, you will:
Be the Face of Innovation: Lead and facilitate L’Atelier creative workshops across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China, inspiring agencies and brands with industry-leading best practices.
Drive Consultative Strategy: Partner closely with an elite sales team to design and pitch high-performing campaign responses tailored to client objectives.
Lead & Mentor: Directly manage and inspire one Designer, fostering local creative excellence.
Your Network & Culture Reporting directly to the VP of Teads Studio (based in Singapore), you will join a high-energy APAC collective of designers, developers, and strategists working collaboratively to unlock the full potential of brand assets. Locally, you’ll be anchored within an established, dynamic Hong Kong team with cross-functional visibility across the entire business.
What You Bring to the Team
Core Qualifications & Experience
Background: Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Creative Strategy, or a related field.
Track Record: Proven experience in a digital or creative role, including direct experience guiding and managing talent.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (essential for seamless cross-regional collaboration across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China).
Creative Strategy & Commercial Instincts
Consultative Approach: Natural talent for translating brief objectives and client KPIs into compelling, mobile-first video and display creative solutions.
Commercial Drive: Strong understanding of creative/media selling within mobile environments, paired with influential presentation skills that engage stakeholders at all levels.
Execution & Ownership: Tenacious, proactive, and solution-driven mindset, with the organizational agility to manage multiple high-stakes projects and commercial partners under tight deadlines.
Technical & Creative Toolkit
Design & Editing Suite: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro .
Storytelling: High proficiency in PowerPoint to build visual, narrative-driven client pitches.
