You have a demonstrated history of A+ creative work as it intersects with brand, design, technology, and space.  Role Overview:  As Creative Director at HUSH, you will build and lead design teams (staff and freelance). You’ll help them achieve the highest level of creativity across design, content and digital initiatives and collaborate with other departments to bring complex ideas to fruition. You’ll be part of our leadership team, reporting directly to the owners of the company and collaborating with your leadership peers. You’ll have goals-driven metrics for personal and company success. You’ll articulate a vision and value by presenting both upstream (client) and downstream (team) and practice leadership and management skills that have been refined and proven over time.  Focus: 75% on billable projects; 25% inspiration, process, mentorship  Evaluation: Semi-annual meetings to review progress across core responsibilities, professional and personal goals.
