Jacuzzi Group, a leading manufacturer of high-quality home and outdoor products operating globally, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position plays a vital role in managing cost control processes to ensure the company’s projects stay within budget and financial objectives are met. As a Cost Supervisor at Jacuzzi Group, you will oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and monitoring activities across multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to analyze cost data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor project budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts for senior management. Analyze cost variances and identify potential risks and opportunities. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting. Support procurement activities by providing cost analysis and budget guidance. Maintain and improve cost control processes and systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to junior cost team members as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in cost control, cost management, or financial analysis related to construction or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting. Proficiency with cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
