And beyond. ⚡ THE CORPORATE TEAM AT ALAN You will join Alan's Corporate team, the unit that covers legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security as Alan scales. This is a newly created role: you will be Corporate's first Enablement builder. Your job is to make Alan's regulated development (legal, privacy, compliance, risk, security) seamless and integrated with how we build product: you turn manual, expert-heavy processes into automated ones and build the tooling that lets compliance scale with Alan instead of slowing it down. You will benefit from close mentorship and structured support, you won't be left on your own, and the deep legal, privacy, and security expertise stays in the team around you. At Alan, roles evolve, so you will have real opportunities to expand your scope across topics and countries as you grow. 🤝 YOUR MISSIONS Corporate teams (legal, privacy, compliance, risk, security) protect Alan and its members, but regulated work can still be slow, manual, and disconnected from how we build. Your job is to fix that by building. You turn heavy, expert-dependent processes into simple, automated ones that scale as Alan grows. - Make regulated work seamless. Today Alaners don't always know who to ask or how long something will take. You will build one clear, mostly automated way in, where AI answers common questions instantly and routes the rest to the right person. What comes up again and again becomes the next process you fix. - Rebuild processes end to end. You will take a painful process, understand why it works the way it does, listen to the people it affects, and redesign it so it is faster for everyone and largely runs itself. You stay on it after launch, watch how it is used, and keep improving it until it becomes the way people actually work. - Stay ahead of the friction. You will spot the next bottleneck before it bites and design solutions that keep Alan both compliant and fast, without trading one for the other. - Prove the impact. You will set clear goals and measure them, so every change you ship makes life easier on both sides: the Corporate team you work with and the Alaners they serve. In your first six months, you will have: - Shipped a first system that gives Alaners one simple, fast way to get what they need from Corporate. - Owned at least one process from problem to a live, automated solution that people actually use. - Become a trusted, pragmatic builder for both the Corporate team and the Alaners you serve. 🚀 PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR What you bring - You build.
