POSITION PURPOSE: The Coordinator, Valuation supports the appraisal process by coordinating data collection, managing appraiser and internal review workflows, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of appraisal materials. This role works closely with Accounting, Portfolio Oversight, Investments, and Property Management teams, as well as external appraisers, to track deadlines, review reports for accuracy, and maintain organized documentation.  In addition, the Coordinator provides general administrative support and assists with ad-hoc and miscellaneous tasks to support the operation of the Valuation team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
