Key Responsibilities Audience Growth & Engagement Drive measurable growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Develop platform‑specific strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Content Strategy & Ideation Generate creative content ideas, viral hooks, and storytelling formats. Align content with brand positioning and audience insights. Workflow & Team Coordination Manage and coordinate freelance editors and content creators. Establish repeatable systems for content production, editing, and distribution. Maintain quality control and ensure timely delivery of content. Performance & Optimization Track KPIs across platforms and optimize based on analytics. Experiment with growth tactics and emerging trends. Requirements Excellent English proficiency ensuring global communication quality. Strong cultural alignment with Western audiences.
