Your role in our mission We are hiring a Content Designer to write UX copy and partner with our UX designers to develop critical user flows on our Personal Loan and Core experiences. You will help to define and optimize the customer journey, especially across the first touchpoints a customer has with Prosper. This hybrid role requires experience in design thinking and UX writing. You will function as a design thinking practitioner and customer champion who thrives on solving problems, exploring growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, and translating business-centric language into user-centric content. You ensure every word across our products contributes to clarity, comprehension, and ease for the user. You will partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to optimize the customer journey from arrival to conversion, ensuring our solutions are scalable, efficient, and user-centric.
