What we are looking for  As a Content Coordinator, you will create and manage promotional content across multiple channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging customer communications. What you will work on Write and produce engaging, high-quality copy across all CRM and marketing channels, including newsletters, landing pages, push notifications, promos, and inbox messages Develop and adapt related content for multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and clear brand voice. Create, manage, and execute promotional campaigns, bonuses, and tournaments from start to finish, strictly following the editorial calendar Ensure accurate CRM campaign execution, minimizing operational risks through meticulous checking of configurations and setups Coordinate campaign assets with the Design team, providing clear and concise briefs to ensure timely delivery of appropriate artwork Collaborate closely with cross-functional and local teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and smooth day-to-day operations Keep website content accurate, optimized, and up to date, ensuring all site sections are regularly refreshed with the latest information Contribute to style guidelines and best practices, suggesting improvements to maintain strict content consistency across all touchpoints What you bring Native Portuguese speaker or equivalent fluency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in content writing or copywriting, ideally within sports betting, sports journalism, or the online gaming industry Experience with CRM campaigns, promotions, or bonus setups is considered a strong advantage A keen interest in or familiarity with Online Gaming products (Sportsbook & Casino) is essential Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized personality, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and meet crucial deadlines Tech-savvy, with familiarity in Microsoft Office, CMS, localization tools, and general AI productivity tools What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
