Description
Remote (US-based) | Full-time | Official employment About the Company Our client is a high-growth, tech-driven disruptor in the asset protection space. After successfully transforming light-vehicle protection programs, they are aggressively expanding their dedicated Commercial Truck & Heavy-Duty Division across the United States. We are seeking a high-performance, well-networked Dealer Development Manager to spearhead their US market expansion. This is a strategic "hunter" role for a seasoned professional who thoroughly understands the commercial trucking ecosystem, heavy-duty dealership networks, and F&I economics. Key Responsibilities - Dealer Network Acquisition: Proactively target, pitch, and onboard independent and franchised dealerships across assigned specialty sectors (Truck, Marine, RV, or Powersports) within the US market. - Consultative Sales & Partnerships: Partner directly with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and F&I Leaders to demonstrate how our modern, tech-forward protection programs maximize their per-vehicle-retail (PVR) profitability. - Onboarding & Training: Drive the successful implementation of programs by training dealership finance managers and sales teams on product options, coverage features, and platform utilization. - Market Growth: Act as the primary growth engine for your assigned territory, identifying market gaps and positioning our client as the premier tech-forward alternative to legacy warranty providers. - Relationship Management: Maintain high dealer satisfaction, acting as the strategic point of contact to ensure seamless integration, high engagement, and long-term volume growth. What We’re Looking For - Industry Experience: 5+ years of proven dealer-facing sales, account management, or business development experience specifically within an asset warranty provider, administrator, dealer development organization, or F&I company. - Target Backgrounds: Direct experience working with or within programs from industry leaders is highly preferred. - The "Hunter" Mentality: A strong track record of opening doors, overcoming objections, and building a solid, active book of dealer business from scratch. - Established Network: An active, existing relationship network with dealership groups, independent vehicle centers, or industry distributors in the US, allowing you to produce results quickly. - Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of dealership P&L, menu-selling strategies, and commercial financing/F&I workflows. - Mobility: Comfortable with regular regional travel to support dealers face-to-face and close major accounts. Why Join - Disruptive Product: Sell a modern, streamlined digital warranty solution that eliminates the slow, paper-heavy processes of legacy competitors. - Career Trajectory: As an early hire in the US Commercial Truck division, you will have a direct path to regional leadership and executive roles as the team expands. - Entrepreneurial Freedom: We value results over bureaucracy. You manage your territory like your own business, with full backing from a high-tech support team.
