We hope you will join us and help shape the next chapter of our growth journey.   Role Responsibilities: Work, often with alongside a team, on client projects Actively participate in project and client meetings Produce materials for business engagement meetings (e.g. PowerPoint decks) Support with creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes Own key items for project delivery – including possible ownership of deliverables or work streams within a project Track and monitor key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies Understand Alpha FMC and its services and actively assess ways to serve clients Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge Support with the development of one or two internal business management areas   Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications): At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with both clients and colleagues Demonstrable proficiency in relationship development. This should include examples of client account support/management and preferably supporting business development Ability to mentor and coach junior team members Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals Superb interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and lead Strong academic background including a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a leading institution Business language fluency in Eng
