Ample experience underwriting construction risks, including project excess liability, wrap-ups, and contractor business. - Comfort building relationships. Strong existing relationships across the wholesale distribution marketplace and a track record of building trusted agent and broker partnerships. - Technical competency. Deep technical coverage expertise and the ability to evaluate exclusions, limitations, endorsements, and pricing with confidence. - Active home state general and surplus lines licenses, preferred. - Fast-paced execution. Ability to multitask and remain attentive to detail while balancing multiple priorities. Not dropping the ball. - Independent operator. Exercise strong judgment, build trust quickly, and ramp up efficiently. - Problem-solver. When something breaks, you figure it out. When something’s missing, you build it. - Team-first attitude.
