This role requires working on-site at project locations throughout the Tennessee Valley region to directly supervise construction activities, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards. The Construction Oversight Manager works closely with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and company management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a focus on safety and quality.   Main Responsibilities:   On-site Project Oversight: Serve as the primary on-site representative for all construction-related activities. Collaborate with project engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop construction plans and schedules. Create detailed project timelines, outlining milestones, tasks, and resource allocation. Monitor and adjust project schedules as needed to ensure timely project completion. Team Management: Supervise on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and company personnel. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide clear instructions to team members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations, codes, and company policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
