Harnest is the social and affordable housing arm of Mazzei Group, delivering social housing, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and medium-density residential projects across Victoria and South Australia. Due to continued growth across Regional Victoria, we’re seeking a values-led, commercially astute Construction Manager to oversee projects and site teams across the Warrnambool, Horsham and Portland regions. The Opportunity As Construction Manager, you’ll provide leadership, direction and support to Site Managers and Supervisors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to an exceptional quality standard. Working closely with the Head of Construction and Project Managers, you’ll take ownership of on-site operations while embedding strong governance, safety culture and commercial discipline across multiple regional projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, leadership and building strong relationships across regional communities.
