Salary Range: $110,000 to $120,000 This role serves as the on-site Construction Manager. The individual will act as the owner’s representative, providing full-time field oversight of an exterior rehabilitation project in an occupied building. The position is technically focused, field-driven, and highly visible, with responsibility for schedule, quality, coordination, and risk management. The CM will: Be on site full time during active construction and closeout Lead daily coordination with the contractor and owner stakeholders Perform daily inspections Review and monitor contractor schedules, look-aheads, and progress updates Track RFIs, submittals, and field issues Support owner with technical input on changes, time impacts, and risk items Coordinate closely with commissioning activities through turnover Requirements Minimum 10 years of on-site construction management experience (as an owners rep or GC) Applicant MUST possess a certification (PMP, CCM, etc.) or license (Architect or Engineer) Direct experience building enclosure/building envelope projects Experience working in occupied buildings, preferably federal facilities Ability to perform daily inspections and provide clear, defensible reporting Ability to pass federal background check Benefits Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Paid Vacation Training & Development
