THE COMPANY Our client is a construction firm with offices across DFW, Houston, and Austin, delivering ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, multifamily, and industrial sectors. THE OPPORTUNITY The firm is hiring Project Managers across all three markets — leaders who can own a project's full lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout, while managing strong client relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts and documents project meetings with clients. Manages construction field personnel, including teaming partners. Negotiates and approves construction change orders. Responds to Requests for Information (RFIs) Prepares proposals and presentations. Prepares and monitors project schedules and budgets. Prepares and issues reports and correspondence. Approves quantities for measurement and payment purposes. Approves construction payment applications. Resolves technical issues. Performs constructability reviews and value engineering studies. Leads Risk Management assessments. Prepares and monitors Quality Control and Assurance Plans. Develops Standard Operating Procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred); equivalent field experience considered 6–10+ years of construction management experience, including direct field supervision Strong working knowledge of means, methods, and sequencing across trades Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak preferred. Completed OSHA 30 class is required. Basic estimating skills preferred. Demonstrates an understanding of accounting and financial management preferred.
