The Construction Director at JASARA PMC is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects. This role entails managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience in managing complex construction programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in construction processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation through completion. Develop and implement construction strategies, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements and organizational goals. Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum. Engage with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Promote team development and mentor junior professionals to build organizational capability. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development and project bidding. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management, including leadership roles on large-scale projects. Proven ability to manage multimillion or billion-dollar construction programs successfully. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with contract negotiation, risk management, and quality assurance. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments. Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance standards. Proficient with construction management software and project tracking tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to foster collaborative work environments and mentor team members.
