We're looking for a Compositor to join our growing team based out of our new studio in Bangalore. As a Compositor, you will play a crucial role by seamlessly integrating visual elements. You will work closely with our 2D supervisors, leads and artists, and other members of One Of Us to ensure the highest quality balancing the technical and creative elements of each shot you work on.  Requirements Composite high-quality, photorealistic visual effects shots for Film and TV productions. Integrate 2D, 3D, and live-action elements into seamless final images. Collaborate with VFX Supervisors, Leads, and other departments to achieve the desired creative and technical results. Balance artistic quality with technical accuracy across assigned shots. Manage your own workload, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and feedback is addressed promptly. Troubleshoot compositing challenges and contribute to efficient shot delivery. Perform technical and quality checks where required and support junior team members when appropriate. Skills and Attributes: Excellent attention to detail with a strong artistic eye for composition and realism. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Willingness to mentor junior artists and contribute positively to the wider team. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Ability to perform technical reviews and maintain quality standards across compositing work. Technical skills and Experience Needed: Solid understanding of compositing principles, colour management, lighting, and image integration Proven production experience as a Compositor on high-end Film or TV projects. Strong proficiency in Nuke and established compositing workflows. Good understanding of colour management and colour space principles. Experience working to production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with multiple render passes and familiarity with stereo compositing workflows.
