Job Purpose   The Community Support Worker, Program Manager will be responsible for the implementation, delivery, ongoing management, and continuous improvement of Oxford International Education Group's Community Support Worker Program in British Columbia. The Program Manager will oversee program operations, instructional delivery, curriculum quality, student success, practicum coordination, and regulatory compliance while working collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.  The Program Manager will provide leadership to instructors and support staff within the program, ensuring the curriculum is delivered with integrity, consistency, and alignment to provincial standards, industry expectations, and institutional quality assurance requirements. The role includes teaching responsibilities, program oversight, faculty management, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and operational management.
