Description
About Glimpse Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands — automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, we've grown from 0 to 200+ customers, raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC and Y Combinator. Our AI agents retrieve deduction data, validate charges, automate cash application, and dispute invalid claims — work that would take a full-time employee years to complete. For a $1B CPG brand, a single Glimpse agent reviewed 17,000 deductions in under 24 hours, identifying over $10M in recoverable revenue. We're building the next-generation suite of services for consumer brands and are looking for exceptional people to help us scale. About the Role As Community Associate, you'll sit at the center of Glimpse's community and events engine — reporting directly to the Director of Community. As the Director moves into a more strategic, enterprise-focused role, you'll be the operational core that keeps everything running and growing. You'll own two tracks simultaneously: (1) building out the ops and logistics infrastructure needed to support our enterprise-level community program, and (2) independently standing up and scaling community and events for our mid-market and SMB segment (brands at $100M and under in retail revenue). This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role — you'll be in the room, behind the scenes, and everything in between. What You'll Do - Events & Logistics - Own end-to-end execution of mid-market and SMB events: venue sourcing, vendor coordination, maintaining budgets, RSVPs, run-of-show, and day-of logistics - Support the Director of Community on enterprise event execution — including high-touch dinners, partner activations, and hosted experiences with anchor sponsors - Manage event timelines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across simultaneous events in multiple cities - Travel as needed to host, connect with, and build relationships with attendees in person — serving as a Glimpse ambassador on the ground COMMUNITY OPS & CRM - Formalize and build out Glimpse's community operations infrastructure — including CRM setup, contact management, and event tracking workflows (HubSpot experience a plus) - Own day-to-day community operations: member communications, onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship maintenance across the mid-market and SMB segment - Build repeatable processes and playbooks for how we run, track, and measure community and events - Track pipeline attribution and report on events performance to the Director of Community and broader GTM team PIPELINE & OUTREACH - Drive event RSVPs and qualified attendance through proactive outbound — cold email, LinkedIn outreach, warm intros, and conference targeting - Build and maintain relationships with prospects, connectors, and partners to grow event audiences over time - Coordinate with co-hosts and partners on joint events to extend reach and co-market across the CPG ecosystem - Treat community and events as a sales channel — you understand pipeline and are motivated by seeing community turn into revenue CONTENT & COMMUNITY PRESENCE - Support the content layer around events and community — recap posts, LinkedIn content, email follow-ups, and community newsletters - Help develop Glimpse's presence within the CPG finance and operations community by surfacing relevant events, associations, and conversations WHO YOU ARE - 2–4 years of experience in community, events, field marketing, partnerships, or BD — ideally at a B2B startup or high-growth company - Operator first. You're diligent, executional, and ownership-driven — you run things to completion and don't need to be told twice - Highly organized project manager. You're juggling multiple events at
