ABOUT THE ROLE
The Communications Manager is a versatile, hands-on role split across two critical functions: internal/recruitment communications and corporate social media. You'll be the person who ensures d-Matrix employees feel informed, aligned, and connected to the company's mission while also building the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and other channels.
This is a building role. You'll be working directly with the VP to establish internal comms processes, creating social media playbooks, and supporting a newly formed communications function with direct access to the CEO. If you thrive on variety, move fast, and care about both the craft of communicating with purpose and the mechanics of getting things done, this is for you.
