JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Commercial Director - Mixed-use, bringing at least 20 years of professional experience. This leadership role is critical to steering the commercial strategy for our mixed-use development projects, ensuring their successful delivery and sustainable growth. About JASARA PMC JASARA PMC is a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, dedicated to the advancement of social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. Our mixed-use developments integrate residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, thereby fostering vibrant communities. Key Responsibilities Formulate and implement commercial strategies tailored to mixed-use projects that align with JASARA's vision. Lead all commercial activities encompassing bidding, contract negotiations, and client relationship management. Drive business development initiatives to expand project portfolios and market presence. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal to ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation. Oversee commercial team performance, mentoring staff to optimize outcomes. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum of 20 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles, specifically within mixed-use developments or relevant sectors. Proven expertise in contract management, negotiation, and business development. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing commercial teams. Comprehensive understanding of the Middle East construction and development market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
