Its objective is to oversee the development of customer acquisition, deepening, and retention strategies to meet business targets and enhance customer experience. Requirements Analyzing and monitoring the profile, characteristics, needs, and behavior of the assigned customer segments, to identify growth opportunities and areas for further development Monitoring competition, market dynamics, and broader developments in the banking sector in Greece and abroad, translating insights into actionable recommendations Proposing, designing, and implementing commercial and promotional initiatives for the assigned customer segments, in line with the annual commercial action plan Managing and overseeing projects and programs with significant impact on the strategic priorities of the Unit and the Bank Monitoring the execution and effectiveness of commercial initiatives through specific KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance targets Proposing improvements in processes, products, services, customer experience, and operational efficiency, ensuring that outcomes are monitored through measurable KPIs Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across business, product, network, digital, operations, and support units to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field A postgraduate degree or MBA will be considered an asset 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in business financing (within Βanks, fintech, or other financial organizations) Strong understanding of small business customer needs, banking products, financing solutions, and market dynamics Experience in managing projects or cross-functional initiatives with strategic or commercial impact Strategic thinking, commercial mindset, problem-solving ability, and results orientation Comprehensive understanding in Artificial Intelligence processing systems and digital banking technologies Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) Excellent command of the English language Proven ability to analyze data, identify business opportunities, monitor KPIs, and translate Insights into actionable business initiatives Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
