You will: Conduct professional in-home comfort consultations Evaluate customer needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions Build trust through education, honesty, and professionalism Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation Create long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate homeowners' comfort needs Recommend HVAC systems, indoor air quality products, and comfort solutions Educate customers on equipment options, warranties, maintenance plans, and financing Present financing options and explain available programs Build trust through honest recommendations and exceptional communication Deliver a five-star customer experience throughout the sales process Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer questions Generate referrals through exceptional service Performance & Accountability Achieve individual sales goals while maintaining company standards Accurately prepare proposals, estimates, and sales documentation Maintain organized customer records using ServiceTitan Manage daily appointments efficiently Continuously improve through coaching, training, and performance feedback Standards & Consistency Represent Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing professionally at all times Maintain product knowledge on HVAC systems
