Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role We are looking for a Collections Analytics & Strategy Manager to define the strategic direction of the Global Collections team and close the loop between decision and outcome. This role requires a strong quantitative foundation — the ideal candidate has hands-on experience with statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design, and applies these skills to drive business decisions rather than just produce reports. The role is responsible for setting the collections strategy, designing and running A/B tests, measuring the impact of initiatives, and deciding — based on data — what scales and what stops. It also owns agency ROI monitoring with full segregation from operations, and leads benchmarking across markets. This is the analytical brain of the collections team: a function that did not previously exist and is being created to professionalize how the area grows, optimizes, and deploys resources. Our primary tools include Hex, SQL, and Python.
