This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections professionally. The Cold Caller will follow call scripts, update customer information in the database, and report call outcomes to the sales or marketing team. They must be able to maintain a positive attitude, meet daily or weekly targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
