Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brake machines for bending and shaping metal components. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production. Perform routine inspections and measurements to verify part quality and tolerances. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain precision and efficiency. Carry out preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety guidelines. Document production activities and machine maintenance accurately. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and meet production targets. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing setting. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and bending specifications. Strong understanding of press brake machine operation and setup. Proficiency with precision measuring tools to ensure part quality. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
