POSITION SUMMARY Located at our Cottage Grove, MI location, our CNC Operators help with the production processes of a variety of interior and exterior wood and composite materials. They also work to install glass and door bottoms, package doors, and complete other value-add processes to doors being cut by the CNC. These associates are responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, and completion of these daily operations.   Day-to-day responsibilities include: Run and maintain CNC Machines and produce product to desired specifications. Installing glass and other door components. Ensuring the proper quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all doors. Properly staging all doors for production or shipping. Assisting with all teams of finish department to ensure the highest quality finished product. Maintaining the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the door area, assigned by the Supervisor. Ensuring that all production areas are properly supplied for the day’s work. Performing other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
