Join our cloud and big data team and help shape the foundation of our next-generation data solutions. You will contribute to building the 3Shape’a large-scale data platform, where you’ll be powering how we collect, process, and store data across cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. The work you do will directly support a growing portfolio of enterprise clients, where scalability, reliability, and data-driven insights are critical. The Position We are looking for a skilled C#/.NET Software Developer to join our cloud team and contribute to building scalable, reliable data-driven platforms. You will work in a cross-location team (Copenhagen / North Macedonia / Ukraine) focused on developing and operating cloud-native services that collect, process, and serve data at scale. The role is hands-on and development-focused, with strong emphasis on writing high-quality code, contributing to technical decisions, and understanding how services interact across the system. Our stack is centered around C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure, with modern engineering practices including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and managed cloud services. The position is for our Copenhagen based team. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based services and components using C#/.NET Contribute to building and evolving scalable data pipelines and backend services in Azure Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong focus on quality and reliability Collaborate closely with developers, product owner, and stakeholders across locations Take ownership of features end-to-end—from implementation to deployment and monitoring Contribute to technical discussions and decisions with a system-level perspective Work with modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code Continuously improve services by identifying bottlenecks, reliability issues, and opportunities for optimization Stay updated on relevant cloud and development practices, and apply them pragmatically in the team Qualifications Core requirements At least 3 years of experience as a software developer with C#/.NET Experience building and operating applications on Microsoft Azure (or similar cloud platforms) Strong understanding of software design principles and system interactions (APIs, services, data flows) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud-native deployment patterns Comfortable working in agile teams with a collaborative and ownership-driven mindset Fluent in English Nice to have Experience working with data-intensive systems or data pipelines Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, object storage, or analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks) Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform) Understanding of performance, scalability, and reliability considerations in distributed systems Familiarity with Agile practices Join us in shaping a company culture that makes Monday mornings worth it.
