GENERAL JOB FUNCTION The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for focusing on increasing organ donation opportunities by providing oversight of daily organ activity.  This will include navigating challenging case processes, donor transfer coordination, onsite support, staff development, QAPI initiative oversight, and transplant center engagement. In addition, the Clinical Operations Manager will focus on process improvement, developing and implementing policies, procedures, strategies and action plans related to the referral, authorization, clinical management, allocation, procurement and utilization of organs and tissues for transplantation, medical research, and education.
